Several times a year, beef is available by private treaty.

The steers are Black Angus, approximately 16-18 months of age at slaughter.  They are ranch raised on a remote family cattle ranch north of Benson, Arizona.  They are grass fed for most of their lives, and are finished approximately 90-120 days on a corn feed ration and barley hay.  They receive their required basic vaccinations as babies, nothing else.  All are happy and healthy.

Make your reservation and deposit.  When ready, the steers will be hauled to and processed by a local butcher. Arrangements will be made for remaining payment and beef pickup.  Pricing is on butcher costs and market prices, based on the hot carcass weight of your chosen steer.

Purchase by 1/4, 1/2, or whole is preferred.  Occasionally "shopping from our freezers" on the ranch is available.
